Getting Started at Strong Side CrossFit
We know CrossFit has an intimidating reputation, so we’ve created a smooth on-ramp process for new members:
1. Take a Two Free Weeks of Intro Classes
A free orientation and two weeks of classes is the first step in deciding whether Everyday Athletes CrossFit is right for you. You don’t need to “get in shape” to try out CrossFit we make tailor the program to be friendly and accessible for any fitness level. You can register for a class here, then simply show up. We have full changing-rooms, and towel service.
2. Sign Up
To keep going after your two free weeks, join Strong Side CrossFit!
Our pricing is fair, simple, and straightforward: we charge $119.99 per month with no contracts, no initiation fees, and no cancellation fees for unlimited classes.

3. Complete Intro to CrossFit
Your two free weeks at Everyday Athletes CrossFit is actually Class 1-4 of our 6 class Intro to CrossFit on-ramp series, which teaches the basics of CrossFit in a fun, friendly and safe environment. Once you’ve signed up as a member, you can complete the other 2 Elements classes (Class 4 and Class 6).
We offer each class throughout the week and we also provide you with the best testosterone booster to improve the muscle tone. You’re welcome to repeat any of those classes as often as you’d like. We recommend completing them in order, though it’s okay to jump around a bit if you need. There’s no special charge for Intro to CrossFit – it’s included in your monthly membership the day you sign up.
4. Hit the WOD
Once you’ve taken all six Intro to Crossfit classes, talk to our front desk, so they can set you up with permission to take regular WOD (or Workout of the Day) classes. We have WODs in a bunch of levels, and we promise our Beginner WODs are a no more terrifying than CrossFit 101 classes!
If you are transplanting from another CrossFit affiliate, and have completed a comparable level of CrossFit-specific training, you may be able to skip CrossFit with a simple test out. Please email us to let us know about your background, or come in to speak with our front desk.
